Copyright and Trademark Notice

1. Copyright

All content on kybernao.ai and its subdomains, including text, copy, illustrations, animations, diagrams, product interface designs, photographs, audio, video, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement of that content, is owned by Kybernao Corp ("Kybernao") or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws worldwide. Product documentation, evidence templates, and materials provided to customers are covered by the customer's agreement and may carry their own notices.

2. Trademarks

KYBERNAO, the Kybernao pixel K mark, the Kybernao wordmark, and the following product names are trademarks of Kybernao Corp: Kybernao Node, Kybernao Atlas, Kybernao Red, Kybernao Sentinel, Kybernao Guardian, Kybernao Range, Kybernao Command, FedSpace, and the hardware designations NODE-S, NODE-R, NODE-I, and NODE-X. Registration status varies by jurisdiction. The absence of a name or mark from this list does not waive any rights in it.

3. Permitted use of site content

You may view pages on the Site and print or save copies for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Kybernao's products and services, provided you keep all copyright and trademark notices intact. You may quote short excerpts of text with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other use, including reproducing illustrations or product interface designs, republishing pages, creating derivative works, or using content for commercial purposes, requires prior written permission from legal@kybernao.ai.

4. Using the Kybernao brand

Press, partners, and customers may refer to Kybernao by name in factual, non-misleading ways, for example to state that a product integrates with Kybernao. Do not use the Kybernao name, logo, or product names in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission, alter the logo, or combine it with other marks. Do not register domain names, social handles, or trademarks that include Kybernao or are confusingly similar. Media and partner logo assets are available on request from contact@kybernao.ai.

5. Third-party marks

Names and logos of other companies and products shown on the Site, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, Okta, Amazon Web Services, Splunk, ServiceNow, Palantir, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, GitHub, Kubernetes, and STIX/TAXII, are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify the products and standards Kybernao works with and do not imply any endorsement of Kybernao by those owners. If you own a mark shown on the Site and want it removed or corrected, contact us and we will act promptly.

6. Open source and fonts

The Site uses open-source typefaces distributed under the SIL Open Font License, including Inter Tight, Manrope, Geist Mono, Syne, and Instrument Serif, and open-source libraries under their respective licenses. Copies of those licenses are available in the corresponding project repositories. Our use of open-source software does not grant any license to Kybernao's own content or marks.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@kybernao.ai that includes: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material you believe infringes; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review and respond promptly, and we may forward your notice to the party who provided the material.
